Meet the Splendid Events Team
Pamela Broadus, our founder and CEO, has always had a passion for event planning. With 30 years of experience in corporate America, including the health insurance and mortgage banking industries, Pamela’s meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills laid the foundation for Splendid Events, LLC. After being laid off from her corporate job, she reconnected with her roots in Louisville and tapped into the local event planning community.
In March 2010, Pamela and her Team launched Splendid Events, LLC with a grand opening celebration, marking the beginning of an extraordinary journey. Lauren Broadus, our COO, joined the team in 2012 after graduating from Alabama State University.
Together, we blend strategic vision and operational excellence to create unforgettable events for our clients. Our faith is a cornerstone of our business values, guiding us in our mission to serve clients with integrity and compassion. Our dedication to excellence and genuine care for our clients have earned us a stellar reputation, with most of our business coming from word-of-mouth referrals.
